Ruskins have a proud association with Lincoln and York Coffee Suppliers.  Lincoln and York roast their own coffee beans to create their own high quality, unique blends.  Our regular coffees are served to drink in, or to take away.

Americano
A double shot of espresso topped up with hot water, with milk & sugar to taste

Cappuccino
A double shot of espresso topped up with hot milk, with a frothy milk head and finished with cocoa powder

Latte
A double shot of espresso served in a tall glass, topped with hot milk and a frothy head

Espresso
Concentrated coffee made by forcing very hot water through finely ground coffee beans at high pressure

Mocha
Similar to a latte with the addition of Cocoa syrup

Hot Chocolate
Cocoa syrup, hot milk, topped off with marshmallows and a sprinkling of cocoa power

Tea
Traditional black tea, served with milk and sugar to taste

Herbal Teas
A selection of fruit infusions served with sugar to taste

B.M.A (Brandy Mocha Almond)
A tasty coffee with brandy, amaretto and chocolate

Calypso coffee
Tia Maria and hot coffee with a delicious creamy top

French coffee
Containing cointreau and kahlua; this coffee is definitely continental

Puerto Rican coffee
Spiced rum, kahlua and hot coffee will help to spice up your evening

Russian coffee
Vodka, kahlua and amaretto

Cafe Disaronno
The almond flavour of amaretto and coffee with cream makes and ideal after dinner treat

Cafe Henry the Third
Galliano, kahlua, grand marnier and brandy added to hot coffee creates a delightful orange flavour

Irish coffee
A true classic made with whiskey and kahlua

Rumba
As it says in the name, a rum tasting coffee with Tia Maria, baileys, dark rum and whipping cream

Black Maria
A delicious black coffee with Tia Maria and dark rum
