Bar Operative
To serve customers and maintain the bar environment
To take orders and payment and serve from the bar
To maintain an effective and efficient bar environment
To participate in;
- Individual performance review
- Supervision
- Induction
- Other training and development
To be aware of the standards, policies and procedures of the bar and statutory legislation and act accordingly.
To offer ideas for and participate in future development, improvement and/or promotional activities
To assist other staff where necessary
Any other reasonable duties
