Located in the heart of Sheffield City Centre, adjacent to the Crucible and Lyceum Theatres, Ruskins is a great place to meet and enjoy.  We attract a wide range of customers, from business people, to students, to concert & theatre goers to friends meeting for a night out.

Whether you're wanting a 3 course meal, a light snack, a quick drink or a great night out with friends, Ruskins is the place to be.  Since opening in April 2004, Ruskins has established its reputation for bringing together the eclectic mix of young and old, laid back and funky, intimate and sociable.

Being just a couple of minutes walk from the O2 Academy, music is a key theme at Ruskins;  We blend together some of the most stylish sounds of chart music past and present, with the upbeat yet chilled out sounds of dance and elctronica; from the Kooks to Scouting for Girls to Hed Kandi.  We have resident DJs, live music and special gig nights for up & coming bands.

We are also the official pre-club bar for Hotpants at Sheffield City Hall & Shag at the Leadmill, offering discounted Q-Jumper tickets.

Opening Times

We are open    11am - 11:00pm,        Monday to Thursday. 
                       11am - 12midnight     Friday and Saturday

We serve food each day from opening, right through to 8pm.           

Ruskins is available for private hire on Sundays.
